Cosabella’s New Lingerie Collection Inspired by 1950s TV Show Magic City

If you’re a fan of the hit American TV series Magic City, then Cosabella’s upcoming lingerie collection might just be right up your vintage street!

The exclusive new collection has a very strong 1950’s feel which will please fans of vintage and retro undies. The show is set in Miami during this famous time period, and as you’d expect the air of glamour, luxury, and sexiness is just as high as in the TV show. With lines dedicated to each of the show’s smouldering characters there’s probably something to please all fans.

Mitch Glazer, who was both writer, director, and also producer of the show said: “The collection is wildly sexy and evocative of the era. They got the smoldering sensibility of the Cuban vibe….It’s really sexy-looking, almost illicit.”

Personally, I think the collections are a little on the “safe” side – I read the description first before having a look and whilst undoubtedly flattering and sexy I would’t go as far as popping these into the “smouldering” category. Even on models a lot of options look “safe”. However I’d guess the designers want a wide range of women to buy and wear this line. Not just the beanpole fraternity 😉

If you’d like to get yourself some of this uniquely hispanic themed lingerie you can buy from Cosabella’s flagship stores in the US or get yourself online at shop.cosabella.com. As you might expect though, it will not be cheap with prices starting at $45 and rising up to over $200. Due out May 15th.

Soft, sheer, and undoubtedly sexy - but probably not for the bigger busted ladies (i.e. me!)
